Der Gaumen ist schlank im Auftakt, dann breitet sich der Wein aus, die Frucht ist ungemein knackig, superfeine Gerbstoffe umhüllen die Frucht, der Wein hat viel Druck und strotz vor Kraft, bleibt dabei elegant und hallt im Abgang ausgesprochen lange nach. Klar der Beste Quinault L'Enclos den ich bisher verkosten durfte. Wir in jeder Phase seines Leben Spass machen. Flowers, plums and cherries are evident on the nose. The medium-bodied palate is supple, sweet, and loaded with licorice, and creamy black cherries. The wine blends 63% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 18% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink from 2025-2042. 92-94 Pts.

En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Five (Bordeaux): Plum with a little red berry underpin, sweet spice, a little cream, cedar and a slightly jubey note. Pretty nose. Juicy tends to medium plus nots, plush fruits as per the nose, tannins are talc textured, woody but in support , a sense of breadth. Okay.

En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Two (Bordeaux): meaty, savoury, plummy, a little red fruit aromas in support, proves fresh and slightly lifted, oak present here as well. In the mouth it's juicy, fleshy, red over black plums, a little red berry in support, drying talc textured tannins are persistent and travel hand in hand with the fruit. Nice.
