(Hamilton-Russel Vineyards Chardonnay) Big, fat, oaky, vanilla crazy malo gets a facelift type of nose. Charred oak . . .burnt oak actually and a slight faint hint of urine. I have hit the urine trifecta here! This is gone on the palate with zero fruit and a metallic tatse on the palate and melting vanilla extract. Yuck. (Hamilton-Russel Vineyards Chardonnay) Big, fat, oaky, vanilla crazy malo gets a facelift type of nose. Charred oak . . .burnt oak actually and a slight faint hint of urine. I have hit the urine trifecta here! Maybe the worst nose of the three when at least the previous two were subtle and this was right in your face. Again gone on the palate with zero fruit and a metallic tatse on the palate and melting vanilla extract. Yuck. Terrible.11/15/2007, (See more on Rockss and Fruit...)
