  Last bottle of the case. Previous bottle had been flawed (oxidized). This one was not oxidized but the fat is gone and only the minerality and the acidity (citric notes) was present. It was interesting from an intellectual point of view but probably the average albariño drinker will be shocked. It was a good match to grilled wild see bass.
