Maltby & Greek portfolio tasting: Fermented in steel, 8 months on lees. Lemon depth, chalky and slatey. Quite dense but clean palate. Acidity is more middle of the road than Santorini and there's a smoky element that adds interest. Quite refreshing. Dull.
