The color of the glass is clear to light yellow straw in character. There is ripe pear and cantaloupe on the nose with some green notes hinting at the end. On the early pallet, it is vibrant grape forward, and refreshing. The mid pallet is higher in acidity finishing with moderate saline and stone fruit notes and a high acidity that creates a lemon zest flavor. A juicy fruit forward Sauvignon Blanc that overall impresses.

Pale & light straw gold in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of citrus notes of white grapefruit, lemons/limes & some gooseberries with overtones of floral & mineral notes & a slight hint of grassiness in the background. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of citrus of lemons/limes & white grapefruit, lemons/limes & some peach notes with minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & may hold for another year.

13% alcohol; bought with dinner at Mulligans Beach House in Vero Beach, Florida, after the late afternoon Windsor Green Market where we are vendors; kept in the fridge at home for 24 hours and tasted at 9 degrees C in a Lucas & Lewellen glass designed for white wines; screw top with the promise of flowers and honey to come; nose also reminds you of honey diluted with flowers; the taste is a little more down to earth with sourness, fruit essence, honey, and flowers, in equal measure; trace of an earthy, mineral background; last night I paired it with seared, blackened tuna, an outstanding combination

Purchased at Costco on vacation to pair with shrimp scampi. Reasonable value for $16.
If this meal was with guests, I would have spent more.
