Tasted this in January 2024 at an Enoteca La Fortezza tasting event in NYC. As with most Talenti bottlings, this is a classic Brunello expression.. big red fruit with leather and a some floral notes. The tannins are prominent but not overly powerful or structured, which actually makes this young Brunello pretty approachable right now, which is unusual for such a recent vintage. I bought a case of this, as the QPR is hard to beat, and also picked up two bottles of the Piero, which is gearing up to a phenomenal offering. Overall, highly recommended and a classic Talenti vintage.

Benvenuto Brunello London (Lindley Hall, London): Quite extracted, very oaky, compact and concentrated purple fruit and spice. Solid, hunkered-down on the palate. Not that interesting.
