Like a sauvignon blanc went on an island vacation. Grapefruit nose without a severe acidity on the palate, floral tones, distant honey, some tropical mango like oily/unctuous mouthfeel. Balance, lack of major flaws. So pleasant for only $7. Just sang with linguine alla vongole. Later opens to reveal a peanuttiness. Very similar in its grapefruit quality to a Sitios de Bodega Con Class Rueda I'd tried, but without the bizarre dirty sweatsock salty tones. I suppose sometimes terroir can get funky--I can do without the sweatsocks.

I bought this bottle at the best wine store in Houston. This was simply not in the same league at all as the wine I had in a restaurant in Spain. I have a third bottle I bought in Spain and brought back.

Drank in a restaurant in Madrid. Then purchased a bottle at duty free shop at airport. I and my wife found this to have a fresh, floral and honeyed bouquet; quite pronounced. In the mouth, the wine showed nice acidity, a slightly oily consistency, and huge honeysuckle, orange, white peach and champagne grape flavors. Drink now, but with its acidity it should last for 4 years.
