Dinner at Dandelion with Jamie & Graham. Outstanding, full of flavour and power, typical GV aromatics. Lower acidity than I expected, it rocked a long, powerful finish.

As most other tasters here I wasn't thrilled by this wine. Seems to show some overripeness with slightly cooked fruit flavors, some vegetal notes too and a lack of palate cleansing freshness. Just somewhat dull. Unsure how this will evolve. Not a bad wine, but much less interesting than the fantastic 2010. - 87 points

i wanted so much to like this wine, and it wasn't at all bad, subtle and balanced, entirely correct. but also tame and not terribly expressive - either there isn't much depth and resonance in 2007 in this wine, or else it just needs 10 years. there is nothing whatsoever in drinking the wine that makes me think it is the latter.

Medium yellow. Medium intense aromas of peach, honeysuckle, seaweed, lettuce greens, slate, phenolic in character. Low-medium acidity, medium body, slight hint of sweetness, round and intense mid-palate of stone pit fruits, stinging, slightly warm, mineral finish.
