  • Aabsolutely delicious. Aromatic, full mouthfeel, good secondary savoury flavours. Very nice!

  • Young wine. Notes of fresh Pinot that are pretty much on the black fruits side. Not so intense on the nose initially, opening up later but still not showing much yet. Palate also brings mostly black currant with a good intensity. Tannins still a bit square, which I guess will need some time. Medium finish. I'd open this again in 3-5 years or so. But I'd say this can age more than a decade.

  • Popped and poured, the nose was quite medicinal - not quite to my liking. It later evolved towards more balsamic, for me more pleasant notes, but without reaching a good equilibrium point. The palate was rather austere at the beginning, improved over about three hours but also did not become fully enjoyable. It had not quite ripe red berries and aromatic herbs and closes with a bitter note. Good persistency.
