A Cab drinkers Zin! Contains some Petit Syrah that gives it more body than a typical Zin. Raspberry and boysenberry flavor as opposed to the typical strawberry found in zins. More pronounced spice almost like an Australian syrah/shiraz. I really liked this wine.

This is a fair bottle of wine. Consumed over 3 nights. Was not wowed. Blueberries and black fruit on the nose. Jammy in the mouth and a little hot on the finish. Have 2 more bottles, so hoping a little more time will help, but I am not holding my breath. Not a bad wine, just nothing special.

Quite drinkable, would have been a steal for 7.99. NOt so much though for 17.99. I'd order it off a menu if it was reasonable price, as it is quite user friendly, but I'm not rushing out to stock it in my cellar.

Not sure what happened to this wine. Last year it was a rock star. On this tasting it showed no signs of a fault, but absolutely something funky going on. Dark berries throughout, but with licorice fruit, overlain with a cough syrup/dirty medicinal nose and flavor.

(Tutus Zinfandel) #2; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-dark; NOSE-very tight; some dark blackberry fighting through; PALATE-good pure and plush fruit; off balance because of the alcohol on the back-end; this is the kind of ZIN that I don't enjoy (lots of fruit and nothing else); nice blackberry jam w/ some black pepper on the mid-palate, but then nothing but heat on the finish; this may get better w/ age, but is disjointed right now; WE-93; GV-81

Still not very impressed. Another year did not do much for it. Not a bad bottle, just nothing special.
