Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 89 points

  • The Pepper Bridge is drinking well now. Nose of fat plums and blueberries, hints of cassis and dark cherries. There is a roasted and stewed fruit quality on both the nose and mouth. Big and full in the mouth. Finish is medium short in length, and ends on a sour cherry note. The wine was pretty good all the way until the end, but then leaves you hanging.
Edit: After many hours, the finish did smooth out somewhat, and the overall wine improved, increased the score by 1 pt.
