Wine Cellar - France, Burgundy, 2006 (mostly) (Wine Cellar, Cape Town): (Tasted Blind): A greenish straw colour. Soft toasty notes and a hint of oxidation on the nose. A rounder mid-palate with some richness and mid-intensity. It is dry with a mineral edge and decent fruit but does not have the concentration of Premier Cru. It lacked vibrancy, making the wine appear dull on the palate. Aged in second-fill barrels

Bright gold.
Very round, lowish acid
Bruised apple flavours
Quite lovely mature Chablis
(Though my companions thought it had an odd doughy finish)
