Generous, round, and firm. Wouldn't budge for a few hours in the decanter. Still tight. Not tough, but really rich. Softer acidity given the vintage. Prefer a cooler vintage when we're talking Chablis, but it was tasty, if not mono-dimensional. Nice lemony citrus flavor. Missing the earth component. Served with PEI mussels. Nice.

Wonderful and classic Chablis. Pale straw color. Nose is Granny Smith apple. Initially lemony on the palate then finishes with crisp acidity and lots of minerality.

Classic Chablis mineral character but it also has a richness that I really enjoyed.
