  • Savory, baked red fruit (rhubarb pie maybe) was immediately apparent along with big acid. It was grippy enough to border on drying, but the whole presentation had a pleasant cloudiness to it, not unlike its appearance. Nice evolution over the course of the bottle, too, as some more herbal tones developed. It certainly seems like it can age. Expressive, intense and tasty stuff, but it wasn't quite there for me.
