Not bad, but not great either. The oak was a rather awkward mixture of lemon curd and apple scents, guava and grassy SB notes. Not unpleasant, not exactly what I would call attractive. The palate was rather better. Creamily textured with some weight, yet fresh and decently balance, this was actually rather elegantly put together struturally. Other than that though, it was not very inspiring with its simple lemony flavours touched with some smoky oak. A pleasant enough drink, could be a decent foil for food, but a bit anonymous.
