  Interestingly these notes apply to half bottle decanted into 330 ml bottle and refrigerated for 7 days, then drank. Really lovely 30 mins after pouring (guess: 16C): chocolate and mint, well balanced and smooth tannins. I like this much more than last bottle consumed (probably at 22C). Is this a sign of the effects of serving temperature, one week's delay [I think not for a 8 YO wine], or bottle variation. I don't know but it makes me wonder.
