Nose of slightly tainted cherries and stones. Light to medium body, spicy, slightly bitter and tannic. Long. Not bad at all, but I still fail to love Gamay even in its more interesting and quality expression.

Grapefruity touch to the bright cherry nose with some gunpowder/flint aromas, florality and animal character. Medium bodied palate with slightly sour touch to the juicy mid-intense fruit. Sour red berry tones to cherry and fresh plums with some graphite and mineral character. Good length. Extremely drinkable and nicely matured Bojo.

Still very much alive. Lots of fruit, acid and tannin. Had a bit of a cold so no specifics, though this wine deserved better. Not sure it will improve with more time in bottle but it went well with pizza (my first time trying the Mozza recipe and it was excellent).

A beautiful garnet in the glass, with full aromas of cherry, toffee and a good dollop of funk. Balanced in the mouth with more cherry, mineral and fine drying tannins. Yet, somehow, this isn't doing it for me. In a blind tasting I would never pick this out as Beaujolais. Maybe an old vines carignane from the Languedoc, and that isn't what I wanted. I wanted gym shoe, strawberry, and cinnamon. I wanted Beaujolais.

Dense reddish purple color, nose smells like barnyard, white pepper, rasberries, red currants and assam black tea.. Palate showed white pepper, rasberries, plum, herbaceous woody mulch full bodied for a Gamay based wine, with a dose of tannins.. that creep in on the brief finish... This wine is still quite tight and needs some cellar time.. 1-2 years to integrate and smooth out the tannins... This wine showed better on the second day open
