Nice wine for our Thanksgiving leftovers! Medium purple in colors with flavors of cherry and a hint of cocoa. Falls in the spectrum between a cab and a pinot noir.

Tasted as part of a flight at the vineyard in Sonoma. This wine is based off of a south african grape varietal. Found it to be quite delicious with good structure and depth. Definitely not a pinot noir, or blend thereof, but good strong black berry and currant flavors. Seems to be somewhere between a cabernet and a true pinot on the flavor spectrum and body too. If you are up for something new, give it a try.

Tremendous full flavor without being too big in the body. Perhaps akin to a blend of syrah and pinot noir. Drink now.
