  Robe cerise légèrement brunâtre au pourtour;
  Nez parfumé, élégant, sur un mélange harmonieux de petits fruits, de note de sous-bois & d'épices douces. Petite pointe anisé en arrière plan. Très invitant.
  Bouche en ligne avec le nez, texture soyeuse en attaque mais se durcis en fin de bouche. Finale astringente. Le fruité est bien fondu avec les épices. Finale sur les épices, longueur ok. Très agréable.

  PnP...tight as a clam for first 4 hours but slowly opened up. Pretty nose, ripe dark berries, tannins and some "smokiness"on the palate. Much better on the second day, with more intensity on the nose, more red berries on the palate and distinctive preserved sour-plum flavours emerging. Still young, needs more bottle ageing but good potential.

  Oeil rubis limpide, qques reflets brunâtre;
  Le nez en assez subtil, le fruit est en arrière plan. Il qques notes boisées, qques épices. On sent que l'ensemble est relativement fondue. Assez simple. Légèrement parfumée.
  La bouche est tout aussi en subtilité que le nez, le fruité en arrière plan. L'ensemble est vif, longiligne. Les tannins sont très fins, il y a qques notes épicées en finale. Agréable, simple, manque p-ê de la matière ou de la densité. Légèrement acqueux en milieu de bouche. Texture soyeuse. Facile à boire.
