Dinner with the wine group (La Bohème, Palo Alto): 2017 vintage, 2022 disgorgement. Golden, excellent color; aromatic, lemon-lime, brioche; palate is well balanced, fresh but with slight richness, nice acidity, low to no dosage?, nice balance; medium finish. Very nice. 92

Darker champagne from the pinot. Nose of fragrant apple, hay (in a pleasant way). Intense nose and palate. Tart apple, ripe and dried fig, acid, nuttiness. Long finish. The magic happens with food… apricots, strong cheeses, blued goat cheese, nuts. Both the food and wine improve with each other. Really stellar, wish I had more.
Be thoughtful what you pair with as to not overpower the food.

40th anniversary tasting (L'Esprit du Vin - Axelborg): My notes from this fantastic gigantic tasting are in general extremely short (because of the many wines) but with ratings. We spent a whole day tasting and tasting quality wines. This wine: 91

I really like the balance of richness, acid, lemony notes mixed with savory notes. A really nice wine.
