2 weeks in France; 4/14/2012-4/28/2012 (Provence and Dordogne): Sampled at the winery. Intense, super exotic, botrytis nose. Dripping with honey, it seems futile to describe the ever-changing flavor profile in the glass; tropical, stone, and citrus fruit all came to the party. Incredibly complex. This was rich and syrupy, but it finished with lazer acidity which prevented it from being heavy or cloying in the least. This was insanely delicious, and will probably live forever. Wow.
