  • 醒酒半小时,淡石榴红色,闻香有一些酱味,肉鲜,山楂和话梅的香气,入口酸度很高,非常咸,矿物感十足,单宁紧涩,细沙颗粒,有些抓人,浓缩的果味,咸橄榄和盐渍话梅的口感,些许泥土气息,酒的状态很紧,比较封闭。不知道是年份问题,还是保存的关系,醒酒的全过程中表现始终有些沉闷。醒酒七个小时后开始进入相对开放的状态,老酒的酱味不再明显,发展出一些芝麻香气,混合着野肉气息,入口单宁依然强劲,结构感漂亮,中等酒体,集中度比之前有所提升,芝麻,梅果,矿物,一些草本气息,还有淡淡烟熏质感,口中回甘不止。余味非常漂亮,是高级的木质香气和香草味。一款风格严肃深邃的酒,带着传统勃艮第的朴实无华,并不以香气和表现力见长,需要长时间的醒酒才能进入状态。

  • Not rating as we absolutely babykilled this thing. The nose had nice red fruit and some earth. On the palate however, serious acid up front, some forest floor and some red fruits hiding; this thing is going to need TIME before it even approaches drinkability. Even with food this thing was nowhere near ready to go. We corked the rest overnight with not much change, then went back a week later and things had finally started to settle down. Acid had receded considerably and some rounder red and black fruits had started to come out with a nice earthiness though with a touch less aromatic complexity than night 1. The body, fruit and texture are there, just buried at the moment. I imagine it will be pretty tasty in a decade once the structure settles out a bit.

  • Not delicate, nice complexity. Compared very favorably to 1er Cru Gevrey Chamb. of same year from same maker.
