brief tasting, no extensive notes. not as good as the daniel rion nuits st georges haut pruliers from the same vintage served aside, but still a good wine with some life left. from passive storage.

Definite tertiary notes on the nose-- savory flavors of iron and herbs have replaced whatever fruit was here. The palate still has some fruit remaining and a good, balanced acidity. The wine is a bit dry on the finish, but it's still quite enjoyable. Smoke 'em if you got 'em.

90 pts
