  Dark fruit (plum blueberry), nice leather, tobacco, slight spice.
  Lingering finish. Really enjoyable. Nice acidity.

  Second time I have this and again I liked it though not as much as first time.
  
  Age is obvious but no 'issues' - I wouldn't expect it to improve further though.
  
  What is interesting about this wine is that it't neither a high flyer nor immensely sophisticated and yet it's been very satisfying indeed.
  
  I did like
  -its innate elegance
  -great balance
  -vibrant acids (quite surprising!).
  
  Again, not a blockbuster but, with my taste, certainly worth the 17 EUR I spent on it.

  crazy earth on the nose, remniscent of the underside of a log, wet leaves, snails, leather and a touch of licourice. Flavors continue on the palate, round earthy flavors dominated by cooked mushroom. There is a touch of red fruit hiding but dominated by earth. Had with fungi rusttico. Great wine to send off san diego with andy and sean.
