Minneapolis Wine Club - Blind Tasting (Tracy's): Pale gold color. Fresh nose dominated initially by grapefruit, with some grass, and then after about 10 minutes this opens more to show pear and guava. The tropicals enhanced this from the initial nose. The palate is tart, grassy, grapefruit foloowed by tropical fruit.

Light straw color with a tinge of green. Medium nose of brine and lemon. Very nice minerality. After sitting for one day, the nose and flavors came up another notch. Try with Oysters. EG WineArchitect

Very pale straw yellow, convex in the glass. Fresh well-defined nose of white stone fruit, lychee, some eucalyptus. Enveloping almost refreshing attack, well-balanced acidity/fruit. Structure over fruit giving it great full mouth feel. Therefore a really nice wine complementing the grilled tuna with mint/ lemon basil green salsa. Great serendipitous match. BTW texture and nose improve over time: drink at c. 14 deg C. Value/$ = 9 - 9.5

Minneapolis Does a Blind Tasting Part 2 (Tracy's House): Lots of grass and grapefruit on the nose. The palate picks up some mint and minerals. A slight wood element to the wine.
