Tannins really dominant on this wine. Red fruit play against some vegetal notes early in the palate but the strong tannins take over (~1 hour decant) mid-to-late palate. Some heat, as well. That said, the fruit is quite gorgeous and the wine seems to have the bones to age and, if the tannins and heat integrate in the future, this could be a 91-92 point wine.
I had this at a restaurant, however, so it was a minimal decant and was only really even drinkable with the meal - and even then the tannins were kicking me in the teeth!

Very good wine, our 1st Oberon of 6 and duely impressed. Dark purple, well structured, soft tannins with oaky backbone and well preserved acid, medium long aftertaste. Nose of dark fruit and cassis with primary flavors of plentiful dark fruit, balanced oak and cassis and surprisingly spicy finish. Definitely recommend this wine, a good QPR at under $30 / bottle, looking forward to tracking the maturation of the other bottles every 6 months or so. Already in a really good drinking window especially with about a 60 minute decant but this wine has a few more years of cellaring left.

Bought on clearance at LWS for $27; Popped and poured, drank over two nights; deep garnet, medium bodied wine; dark fruits on the nose; cassis, spice on the tongue; significant drying tannins that smoothed out by the second night, good acidity, medium finish. Nice older style Napa Cabernet - IMO will improve with a couple more years rest.

Fruit forward, not very complex, a bit of heat and astringency at first. Smoothed out over the next couple of hours, but just seemed a little disjointed. After a few hours, much of the fruit was gone and the wine had totally fallen apart.

Still very drinkable. Deep color. The wine hangs thick on the glass. Good balance of fruit and earthiness.
