Grapefruit, lemon and apricot. grassy. Bit of petrol funk. Repair shop floor. Biting, palate-cleansing acidity. bright fresh clean fruit. Very exuborant nose.

wet slate walkway, underripe peach and underripe honeydew, lemon and white grapefruit. Clean acidity some rd, but in balance. Had with stinky, Alsation cheese. paired nicely. mouthfeel balanced with the creamyness of the cheese.

Albert Mann Tasting (Washington, D.C.): 60% pinot blanc, 40% auxerrois. i got lots of tropical fruit on the nose. it's fat, almost oily on the palate with canteloupe melon, and chunky pineapple. mouthfeel is nice, but it's not really complex.

A Weekend of Solid Wines; 2/25/2011-2/27/2011 (Washington, D.C.): nose shows ripe flowers. the palate is creamy with apricot and sweet pears. similar to the 08 in its style and simple pleasantness.

Maurice Barthelme and Domaine Albert Mann Wine Dinner; 4/30/2010-5/1/2010 (Indique Restaurant in Washington, DC): Almost flabby when compared with the zest of the opening Cremant. Showing a pear nose, a touch of minerality, and a quick finish.
