  • This is a very traditional Burgundy, it has this wonderful clear light red color, the nose very intense and clear. The taste is wonderful still full of red fruits like cassies even so it has little high acidity. Tannins are well embedded. And it stays in the mouth quite long. It is for sure time to drink now, will not really improve anymore.

  • Similar to previous two CT notes. Light garnet color with brickish rim. Very nice nose of cherry, rose, damp forest floor, anise, baking spice, leather, caramel. The palate isn't quite as interesting as the nose - tart cherry, minerality, earth. Medium body, high acidity, medium tannins, medium+ finish. I want to keep refilling the glass....

  • Purchased from an Amsterdam wine shop a couple years ago. As Tao noted, this has a fantastic floral-fruity bouquet that leaps out of the glass immediately upon opening. I enjoyed the cranberry-cherry fruit on the palate and the silky mouth feel. The wine was fantastic for the first 45 minutes, but the fruit faded into the wine's acidity after that. So I recommend opening and consuming quickly.

  • Complex nose of red fruits, dried decaying autumn leaves and flowers! Red in color and a little orange rim! Rather simple on the palate but again mouthful of red fruits, this is drinking beautiful now and in this case the nose is really impressive!
