From the wine list at Osaka, in Santiago. Fresh citrus and grapefruit. Very well balanced acidity. Very good setting off the sushi and highly seasoned Peruvian/sashimi dishes.

Asparagus, green pepper and pea aromas. Full on Sauvignon flavours. Some minerality lurking in the background, and a feel of freshness to it from the lively acidity. Nicer than a lot of NZ Sauvignons at the same price.

Wine Education Service - The Wines of Chile (LSE): Aromatic, very much cats pee but with some classical tomato plant notes. Grassy, very ripe fruit, good balance, slightly bitter finish, not too long.

Lemon guava with a hint of green pepper. Somewhat lacking of a lingering finish which we hope will be addressed as the vines mature
