  But man it tasted wonderful. Everything well proportioned, including a little butter, a little wood (sandalwood?), a little citrus, a little spice (nutmeg?), and a little floral. Well balanced acidity, long finish. Terrific!

  This was pretty dull when opened but really blossomed delightfully within the first 30 minutes. A very delicate wine in a way with lots of different light touches: tart pear, a bit of lemon, a little nutty, a little buttery, and a bit of nice minerality. Puckering acidity. Finish is long and a little tart. Excellent!
  
  Was a great pairing with mustard crusted salmon, a little less so with goat cheese brie.

  Degustato presso l'affascinante cuverie di Louis Latour. Al naso sono evidenti sentori floreali. In bocca si presenta con una buona acidutà ed una discreta sapidità.
