  Liked this better tonight than my previous tasting note from 11 months ago. Floral, a little bitter, and more and more tannic as the evening progressed. Sort of like minerals with just a hint of cotton candy. Interesting, and really good with food (chicken and sausage gumbo, to be precise.)

  This is a minerally, earthy wine. Some fruit, but fading as the wine is exposed to air. Musky, floral bouquet. Moderate tannins; somewhat off-putting, bitter finish. Might not buy again, but definitely interesting.
