Drank in Courchevel. Unsure of provenance, as it was ordered off a restaurant list. However, the level was good.
Mild golden/straw colour. Drinking very nicely - all elements integrated, buttery texture on the palate balanced by a mellowed salinity with a tinge of minerality. Decent finish. Overall, a solid white burgundy, even if it didn't have huge complexity. Definitely have to give credit to Madame for pulling this quality out of the bag from a challenging vintage and not the most prominent appellation.
That being said, this wine is definitely not worth the price of entry. If you have the budget to spend on this, go and get yourself a Coche-Dury Meursault 1er Cru, or about 120 bottles of excellent village wine.

Light yellow in color, nose of slight sulphur, nuts and citrus fruit. Still very fresh and without the vintage's flabiness. Very long mineral finish. Still drinking very well after 3 hours. A wine that defies the appellation and vintage.

allowed 1 hour bottle breath; served in a big burgundy grand cru glass; powerful and inviting nose; citrus, mineral, cream, butter, spices,... ; full body; good structure and mid-palate; 30s+ finish with good acidity; a nice Auxey in a difficult vintage
