St Jacques Burgundy Offline (Tom's Kitchen, Chelsea): Pale/medium garnet, lots of sediment. Quite attractive nose, caramel and fruit cake, but slightly oxidised and tired. Lacks freshness on the palate too, short finish, still drinkable but for me past it's best.
