  This was dynamite. Decanted just minutes before drinking for sediment. Right out of the bottle this had a great presence. Nose was bang on - served blind and everyone knew immediately this was Burgundy. The texture of this wine was silky. Some tasters commented that recent 1990s had a bit of a coarse texture, but not this wine. This had good weight, but was not huge. It was distinctly ripe, but not sur-mature. Really pleasing wine - truly excellent!
