  No catamos un Celler batlle al uso, realmente en un espumoso "especial" degollado hace 10 años (en el 2009). Amarillo con destellos oro viejo. Nariz intensa, con matices de toffee, vainilla, crema inglesa, vainilla fruta confitada, pan recién amasado,... En boca el carbónico es muy ligero , bastante frescura, notable acidez y bastante longitud. Excelente presencia.

  Cata #6 (Versió Original): Deep dark golden color. Thin and centered bubbles. On nose intense aromas of pastries, honey, almonds and smoked aromas. The palate is spectacular, winy, mid bodied, carbonic very well integrated, entry palate is like a glove, mild flavors of apple and citrus. Simply excellent and with a few years ahead. At €50 well above of champagnes in that range price.
