Slow-O for 4 hrs. In the twilight of its life but still, the last glass/sip was best. Consistently good if not entirely fresh (it is mature, after all) and after two hours of dinner the wine was still nicely enjoyable. Leather, sweet tobacco, red berries, soil, etc. Now thru 2025. A nice surprise. 13,5% abv. recommended

took 45 min for the wine to open up. Nice fruit, sweet black cherry. Integrated tannins and nice acidity. Great bottle.
