Crisp, plenty of minerality grapefruit and cool tropical fruits. Med bodied salivating body. Plenty of acid. Crisp med to med plus finish. This kabinett is impressive.

Tim Fröhlich really hit a home-run with his collection in 2009 (esp. the RS side of things). This one is no different. The balance is just perfect and the purity reminds me of melted mountain snow. I am not sure how this will evolve but I am also quite confident that my remaining 5 bottles will not last a year unless it shuts down completely.

Showing great with some bottle air. Rather sweet and ripe, tasting more like a spatlese.

Great Kabinett. Grapefruit, pear, lychee, lime, butter over salty stone finishing with lemon notes.
