Brought this bottle today and drank it at Kaiware Japanese Restaurant (TripleOne Somerset.)
We ordered the omakase set and paired this with sashimi, grilled tuna, sushi, steamed snow crab, grilled salmon collar and claypot duck rice.
Wine was yellow in colour, with fresh lemons and apricot on the nose.
On the palate this wine is fruity with notes of butter, vanilla and red apples. Clean finish.
Light body with a good structure. Has shown both old world and new world Chardonnay characteristics, very much in a world of its own.

Apricot, white peach, and dried clover on the nose. Good acid and well balanced. Wonderful value, must find this again!
