Popped and poured and enjoyed over two days. On day one this was paired with Chinese and worked really well. This an old school Auslese and was very light on the palate. It was silky and weightless rather than being heavy as some more modern producers sometimes show. Fruit was in the peach and stone fruit range and yes there was plenty of minerality and acidity to provide balance. On day two the wine did not change noticeably. Really quite enjoyable.

Drukket over 3 dager. Hadde forventet mer av denne. Det er helt greit, men frukten er som tidligere nevnt her litt fattig. Fin friskhet, men det blir med det. Skuffende

Grünhaus and Künstler: Surprisingly thin aroma and entry: rainwater and minerality in abundance. Fine peach and mirabelle midpalate, a bit crabby and tight on the finish. Needs 5+ years. 88 (to 90+) P
