  From 375ml. PnP. This isn't shut down, which is good, but way too young - hey, I never do that, so why the hell not once in a while? Crisp red apple, pineapple, brown spices - cumin, honey and a nice herbal lavender-ish note. Hiding at the back of the nose are some meyer lemon and some minerality. The nose is fragrant and creamy with nice fruit and clearly some sweetness in reserve. The palate is a little monolithic and unresolved at this point - lemon, pineapple, apple, cumin and the lavender thing is more prominent here. Cool and honeyed and spicy. Towards the middle palate the acid builds quickly with lemon-lime, quite bright and combining with the honey. Quite vibrant and tangy on the finish: lemon-lime, pineapple, cumin and minerals. This is good now, but not great - will it evolve into something spectacular? - well, the finish is impressive, so we will see. Nose - 4.5+/6, Palate - 5+/6, Finish - 5-5.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15.5-16+/20.

  Really ripe tropical aromas of mango and passion fruit. Very ripe and powerful with a lovely juicy sweetness but really well balanced. The power and concentration grows through the palate to a crescendo in the finish.
