  Medium yellow. Some definite oxidative tones along with some florality. Very dry, some of the texture of Chenin but finishes much leaner than this. In the glass, some orange blossom fruit comes up. Amazingly powerful finish of quinine, soil, and high toned spirits. Now this is a very different animal-Savennieres meets Chablis meets Grappa.
