  Pulled from a cold cellar, some signs of past seepage but fill was very good. Color was a very youthful golden straw with no cloudiness. First whiff was giving hints of maderization and sulfur, but that quickly blew off to reveal vibrant notes of lemon zest, wet rocks and flint. The palate was slightly oxidative at first with some blood orange notes but that integrated within a few minutes to more hazelnuts, blue cheese and tangy lemon creme. The overall experience was unbelievable - this wine gave no hint that it was even half its actual age. Even after being open for over an hour, this wine showed no signs of slowing down, developing some steel-y notes on the nose and palate.
