Excellent wine. Winner of flight including '12 PG Notorious, '08 Arterberry Maresh-Maresh vyd and '08 Evening Land La Source. Beautiful balance and length! This is why we age OR pinot!

From Magnum. Patience was rewarded, this was in really nice shape. Still plenty of focus and richness to the mouthfeel. Classic Oregon, hints of boisenberry, a bit of char on a very silky frame. Liked this a lot, and liked even better that I was able to share it at friend's milestone birthday gathering. That's what magnums are for!

Candie's Big 4-0 (Spoon & Stable, Mpls, MN): Drank a small glass from magnum. Ths was a really fun bottle. It needed a little time to unwind. Deep, black cherry, blackberry, ripe and sinewy, juicy dark fruits infused with orange peel, with a floral aspect coming in later. Just a touch of heat at times. Thanks Brian! 92+ to 93pts.

Bought direct from winery. PNP, no decant. Great right from the starts. Shocked at how young this smells & tastes. Great fruit & acidity. Palate is multi layered and complex. Big profile but in balance. Tannins still present. Would say 5 more years but drinking great now.

Popped and poured, pulled from 55 degree cellar. It was a little tight upon opening but drank much better with 30 minutes of air and a better temperature. Black cherry, mushroom, forest floor with tea-like tannins and acid holding a strong structure 11 years after vintage. It is very good now and feels like it will hold for a few more years.
