There's something that still unpleasantly assaults the palate... I honestly can't tell if it's the unintegrated acid, overectraction, or tannins that have "dissolved" by turning into to raspy chalk
This is not so bad as to make the wine unpleasant in the glass! It's just neither a fun or interesting wine alone in the glass.

From Irpinia, Campania. 100% aglianico. Cherry, plum, and smooth while firm tannin. Good length.
