  • 2009 Rudd Sauvignon Blanc Mt. Veeder 93 Points

    USA, California, Napa Valley, Mt. Veeder

    Light medium lemon yellow color; nice, creamy, yellow melon, peach, ripe lemon nose; tasty, poised, fleshy textured, medium bodied, ripe lemon, peach palate with subtle, appealing fruit; medium-plus finish (definitely a white Graves style Sauvignon Blanc, even though there's only 6% Semillon and Muscadelle, and 94% Sauvignon Blanc; 55% French oak, 15% of which is new)
