Dry, very high acidity, pear, apple, little note of the lees, soft mousse giving foamy luxurious texture. Nice sweet undertone, light body, finishes in about 6 sec with refreshing acidity. Good, not great.

Dry, high acidity, fruit-drive with plum, blackberries, chocolate. High in tannins that are fully integrated and provide a firm structure and complexity, velvety texture. Medium-long finish, with a bit of glycerine texture. Very different from your 'classique'; Pomerol may be due to the hot vintage.
