From magnum: very satisfying, rich, balanced, fresh

Very pure cherry and blackcurrant, rich, not obviously new world, but finishes abruptly. Deftly oaked

Higher toned than the 06 and deeper - smooth, earthy and with a liquorice tone
Smooth, luxurious, with faboulours depth. Not obviously new world. very classy.
Sweeter than the 05, more syrupy, but again the smoothness is striking. The domaine rate this very highly apparently.
From magnum: Pongy and medicinal, and a prickle on entry too, but wild, earthy, floral, and sweet on the palate. I like this a lot, more than Edouard Moieux, who was adamant there was no brett or any other signs of anything bacterial here.
A bit of pong on this too, but fine, lifted and on the palate very elegant. Lovely wine
Some farminess here too, but also smoke and coffee, lean and grippy after the 94, but equally fine.
Oaky, ripe, young, softly textured, with a lifted tone. Very nice
