France, Loire Valley, Pays Nantais, Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine sur lie
Pale straw color with aromas of orchard fruit and florals with a subtle waxy quality. Rich texture, with apple and tart white fruit flavors. Has a dirty quality; develops an anise note with air.
Pale color with notes of gooseberry, cat urine and grass. Bright acidity, with nice fruit and grassy notes. Obviously Sauv Blanc, not sure of its origin. Was very surprised to see this was Sancerre.

Straw color. Notes of tropical fruit and apple, mango and papaya. Tropical fruit tones follow through on the palate, with a rich texture. Melon notes on the finish. I thought perhaps we had a Savennières.
Ruby color. Lovely bouquet of cinnamon, black cherry, rose petals and underbrush. Medium-bodied, with cherry and forest floor qualities. Nice acidity with a good finish. I thought Oregon Pinot. 91-92 pts.

Crimson color. Notes of red currant, iodine, herbs and green tobacco. Flavors of red fruit and plum, with a nice herbal undertone. Lacks weight on the midpalate and falls short on the finish; dusty tannin. Guessed left bank Bordeaux.
Ruby color. Aromas of cherry, nutmeg, white pepper and cinnamon with a subtle forest floor/dried leaf quality. Medium-bodied, with flavors of red fruit, cherries, pepper and a nice finish. Guessed OR Pinot.
