The nose is predominantly yellow peaches with a nice mineral complexity with concentrated fruits. The palette us full bodied, but with a delicate fruit and floral balance.
Buttery oak integrated with citrus perfume on the nose and a concentrated palette of fruit, filled to the brim with minerals that winds out to a massive finish.
I've been looking forward to trying this wine since I first read about the 2010 and this doesn't disappoint. The nose starts with struck match, ripe cherry and some beautiful savoury elements. The palette is big and earthy with underbrush, ripe fruit and a savoury, meaty finish. This wine is going places.
