    Degorge - 2010-Apr. 100% Pinot Noir. Salmon pink, utterly profound aromatic here. Perfume roses, mint, soft spices, savory, salinity and sweet red cherry that showing elegantly and encapsulated in an ultra refine, focus package. Medium bodied, the umami, rose and evening perfume filled the mouth and deliver super elegant mouthfeel. The intensity is there but so light and refine. Ethereal. The flavors just keep growing in the palate and last forever. Brilliant.

    Bright pink, so unique and beautiful color that you can see life in it. Sweet strawberry, cranberry, red cherry with touch funkiness, sweet and saline mineral mix. So seductive! Medium bodied. The intensity is almost insane, so much inner power yet so much complex flavors that keep salivating the palate. Again, the saline mineral keep lingering along with sweet red cherry, strawberry fruits keep a gentle bite to the long, lingering, lively, juicy finish that jus won't escape.

    Highly focus, high tone, expressive aromas with white peach, citrus, lemon and sea breeze. Medium - full bodied, complete mouthfeel even at this young stage, all the saline mineral and savory complexity along with bright lively acidity and white fruits. All about finesse an energy here. It grows on the palate from start to finish and never let go. Really lovely.

High tone, expressive perfume and sweet floral, forest floor, pu-er tea, cinnamon, sweet spices. ok, after all, is all about the complex perfume that keep you indulge and addicted. Medium - full bodied, it is a genius in the glass. Sweet yet so dry at the same time, super clean despite the cloudy color. Great acidity and flavors intensity. Everything in good harmony, needless to say the finish is memorable. Good stuff.

  • 1995 Giuseppe Quintarelli Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 95 Points

    Italy, Veneto, Valpolicella, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

    Alcohol :: 15%
    Medium dark ruby red. Lots of funk on the nose, but the weirdest thing is elegant and refine. Sweet raisin, truffle, sweet spices, earth and Mediterranean breeze. I dunno but I just love the nose, super! How can a wine made by dried grapes having such liveliness and finesse? Full bodied, sweet, rich but the tension and focus is there. So pure, so fine and do class. The grip slowly increase when the wine flow through, with soft sweet raisin, spines, truffle and earth. Lively, energetic, drive, ethereal finish. A complete wine and will age effortlessly.
